  It's a nice great teachers but with the rest of the staff it's seems to be a sexist staff. Because my wife came to Christmas party last semester and without a background check let her in. Today for a Easter party I have to clear a background before spending time with my children in their classes. When it comes to open house no background checks and I am sure there are more people with bad backgrounds then others. All because I am a Hispanic male? Really!?! Yes I am a caring father I provide for my children and apologize for those children that don't have their fathers around or don't want to be around. The district needs to change this

  Ryan and his Team of professionals pay close attention to detail. They really listen to the customer to identify what the best solution is! There are so many choices and options to ensure a family is correctly covered that it can daunting! Ryan took all the difficulty from the job and walked me through all my options so I was covered on everything! Outstanding work!

  Extremely awful service. Asked for Roll over assistance with paperwork and was given little customer service, they seemed unknowledgeable In the rollover process, and were not helpful in answering my post and pretax questuons. They advised me to deal with mass mutual directly or my employer and my employer said to deal with them. Definatley not pleased with them or their service.

  They failed to diagnose both my kids one with Autism, one ADHD and Math Dyslexia. Autistic kids are able to attend Pre-k at 3 1/2. I was denied by Timbers for my kids to go to Pre-k because we were not Hispanic or low enough on the income scale. They would not test either child because they did not suspect an LD even though my daughter was held back and I had Doctors notes and a million other reasons to support my pleas for testing. The harder I fought for testing the harder they fought against me. I finally had to go broke and pay out of pocket to test both my kids outside the school. My son is now 8 years old and I had to change districts because even with what Timbers considered interventions my son was failing every milestone and could not read or write. Within 3 months in his new school he was reading. 5 months later started multiplication. Both my kids are learning to love school after struggling and failing for so long. Seeing my sons IQ score so low in the most recent ARD meeting destroyed me as a mom. To think after everything the Principal at Timbers was promoted to Assistant Superintendent sickens me every single day. I wonder how many special needs kids suffered when she was head of the school and she gets rewarded. My child will never live a normal life but could have been helped a lot sooner no thanks to Timbers and the "amazing leadership" so sad....
